Sunset St Ives self catering is a superb first floor one bedroom apartment with glorious panoramic sea views over Porthmeor Beach and the Island. Beyond this can be seen the breathtaking sweep of St Ives Bay and 30 miles of coastal scenery stretching away to Trevose Head Lighthouse. The apartment comes with the added benefit of off road parking, a private entrance and a private south facing patio with BBQ.

Sunset St Ives sleeps 2 or 3 people and is only 7/10 minutes walk away from the very centre of St Ives and beaches. An ideal location for those who love the sea and the country, like to be away from the "madding crowd" and yet be within easy reach of all that downtown St Ives has to offer.

At the rear of the holiday apartment there is a large private south facing patio with table, chairs and a barbeque (on request). The patio overlooks the countryside.

In addition, there is a 1st floor outside seating area with spectacular views over the countryside to the sea and fantastic views of the sunset.

The patio area is very secure and there is plenty of room for windsurfers, kayaks and surfboards etc. There is also a hose and sink for cleaning equipment. Please do not take wet items into the flat.

A real rarity in St Ives this apartment comes with off road parking for one vehicle.

The self catering accommodation is a lovely and light 1st floor apartment with its own entrance and private sunny patio. The holiday apartment consists of: a fully carpeted living area with dining table & chairs, comfortable sofa-bed, coffee table, flat screen freeview LCD TV, DVD player and CD/HiFi.

The sofa-bed can be used by the third person.

A room divider separates the living/kitchen area and here you will find a fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything you may need including cooker, microwave and refrigerator.

The bedroom has lovely sea views over Porthmeor Beach and St Ives bay beyond. The bedroom is carpeted and has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. All bed linen is provided.

The bathroom again has lovely sea views over Porthmeor beach. The bathroom leads off the bedroom and lounge and unusually for a 1 bedroom apartment has both a full bath & shower.
